摘要
为了解决有耐压要求的压铸件压检漏气问题,根据公司的压铸机自行设计控制系统,在普通的压铸机上实施局部加压的工艺方法,使得816边盖高压油道打压漏气率从4.85%降到了0.73%。总结了压铸工艺中使用局部加压的一些经验和关注的重点。
A control system was specially self-designed according to the die casting machine currently being used to solve the air leakage problem of high pressure oil passage. With the help of the control system, the local pressurization process was carried out successfully on the common die casting machine, and the air leakage rate of cover 816 went down from 4.85% to 0.73%. Some experience and emphasis of the local pressurization method during the die casting process were summarized.
