酶解淀粉载体固定化脲酶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 脲酶是一种来源广泛的植物蛋白酶,能高效、专一的催化尿素分解。本文采用酶解木薯淀粉为载体对脲酶进行固定化,研究了温度、时间、pH、醛基含量等因素对固定化脲酶活力的影响,得出酶解淀粉载体固定化脲酶的最佳条件为:反应温度25℃,反应时间6h,反应pH值7.0,载体与酶的配比为1:1(mL/g)。 As one kind of origin widespread plant proteinase, urease can effectively catalytic decomposition urea. The influences of some factors, such as temperature, time, pH, on the properties of the immobilized urease on enzymatically hydrolyzed starch were studied in this paper. The optimum immobilization conditions for urease using enzymatically hydrolyzed starch as carrier were as follows: temperature 25 ℃, time 5h, pH 7.0, and ratio of carrier to urease 1:1 (mL/g).
