摘要
涡街流量计常与调节阀(减压阀)一起被安装在同一根管道上,而调节阀又常常因为某些原因出现振荡,进而引起流动脉动,导致涡街流量计输出严重偏高。通过实例分析,给出判断振荡是否存在并进而影响涡街流量计的方法以及现场处理措施。这对今后分析减压阀振荡对涡街流量计的影响具有借鉴意义。
Usually vortex flow meter and regulating valve (reducer) are mounted on the same pipeline, while the regulating valve is often vibrating because of certain reasons, then flowing pulsation occurs. It leads the output from vortex flow meter much higher. Through analyzing of real examples the methods of judging if vibration exists and affects vortex flow meter and the processing measures on site are proposed. It is worth to he consulted in analyzing the influences of vibrating reducer on vortex flow meter.
