摘要
生产系统主要由人、机、物、法、环五要素组成。人为因素是影响生产线平衡的重要因素之一,利用人的可靠性分析方法对可能造成人误的任务进行预测,提前做出预防工作,减少生产事故的发生;运用人因工程学的知识对生产环节的不合理之处提出改善,为工人营造一个舒适、科学、合理的工作环境。通过以上两方面对生产线进行优化,对不合理之处进行改进,消除瓶颈工位,使运行流畅,从而提高生产线平衡率。
Production system including five key elements which are man,machine,material,method and environment.The human factors are one of the most important key elements.Using the people's reliability analysis method to carry out a forecast on the mission may bring about the human errors,doing the preventive job,cutting down the accident occurrence.And using the human factors engineering's method to make the improvement about the unreasonable,building a comfortable,science,reasonable work environment for the workers.Making an optimization about the line balancing through the two aspects,improving the unreasonable,removing the bottleneck labor place,making the production line fluently,improving the production line balance rates thereby.
