摘要
设计开发了基于AT89S52单片机的温度控制系统。采用新型数字器件MAX6675和K型热电偶构成温度采集电路;应用PID算法来调节温度,采用正交实验法对PID控制参数进行整定;并且开发了PC机监控软件,通过串口通信实时监控系统的状态。该系统经过实验验证,取得了较为满意的控制效果。
Based on AT89S52 Single Chip Microcomputer,a temperature control system was discussed.The temperature acquisition circuit was made up of K type thermocouple and MAX6675 which is a new type integrated digital device.The PID Algorithm was applied in the system to regulate temperature.The parameters of PID controller were tuned by using orthogonal test.Accordingly,a real-time supervisory control software was developed on the computer in order to supervise the temperature control system by serial communication.The experiment result showed that this system could achieve quite good control performance.
