摘要
以某型除湿机为对象,以工控机为数据采集和处理平台,搭建了基于焓差法的除湿机性能测试系统,通过传感器采集运行参数,能够快速计算出制冷量等性能参数并正确判断运行状态。所建立的测量系统运行稳定可靠,测量精度高,对于进一步深入研究设备故障诊断和状态评估也具有参考价值。
This paper constructed a measurement system of dehumidifier capacity based on method of enthalpy difference on the base of dehumidifier,it collected data by sensors in order to acquire capacity data such as refrigeration volume and judge the performance of device.The fast measurement system runs stably and accurately and also has application value for further research on fault diagnosis and condition assessment of equipment.
