摘要
采用室内生测法研究了绿黄隆对春播轮作作物玉米、大豆、棉花、水稻生长的影响。结果表明绿黄隆对供试的大多数作物品种的生长都有抑制作用。玉米品种中“掖单4号”对绿黄隆最敏感,当绿黄隆的浓度为1μg/L时,根的生长受到显著抑制,而其它供试玉米品种在5μg/L时才受到显著抑制。当绿黄隆剂量为1.0μg/kg时,杂交大豆品种(系)“黑2”和“宁镇3号”的根生长受到显著抑制,而常规系统选育品种“泰兴黑豆”则在5μg/kg时才受到显著抑制。0.5μg/kg绿黄隆对杂交棉“苏杂16”F1和常规棉花品种“宁早1号”的根生长抑制率分别为19.6%和8.6%。绿黄隆对水稻生长的影响为常规稻大于杂交稻,总的影响趋势是粳稻>糯稻>杂交粳稻>籼稻>杂交籼稻。
A modified laboratory bioassay was used to test the effect of chlorsulfuron on spring sown rotational crops,such as maize( Zea mays ),soybeans( Glycine max ),cotton( Gossypium hirsutum ),and rice ( Oryza sativa ).Chlorsulfuron adversely affected root growth in most crops.“Yedan 4” was the maize cultivar most sensitive to chlorsulfuron,with root growth extremely affected at 1 μg/L chlorsulfuron.Other maize cultivars were inhibited significantly at 5 μg/L. The effect on root length development of “Hei 2” and “Ningzhen 3” in soybean and of conventional cultivars “Taixingheidou” was significant at even lower than 1 0 μg/kg and at 5 μg/kg,respectively.In cotton,chlorsulfuron at 0 5 μg/kg inhibited root development of the hybrid “Suza 16”F 1(19 6% inhibition)and of the conventional cultivar “Ningzao 1”(8 6% inhibition). The effect of chorsulfuron on rice varied considerably from that of upland crops.The conventional cultivars were the most sensitive to chlorsulfuron than hybrid cultivars of rice.Generally,chlorsulfuron inhibited rice growth in the following order:conventional Japonica rice>glutinous rice>hybrid Japonica rice>conventional Indica rice>hybrid Indica rice.
