Determination of“Suxiao Shang Feng”Capsule and Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate Injection by A_2~s Method

本文建立了多组分混合物测定的 A_2~s 法,较常用的三波长分光光度法快速、简便、对照品测定点少而误差小;同时又具有单波长分光光度法灵敏度高的优点。用于速效伤风胶囊和安钠加注射液的测定,快速、简便、准确度高、精密度好。

A_2~sis a method based on the three-wavelength spectrophotometry.“Suxiao shang feng” capsule and caffeine and sodium benzoate injection were assayed:acetaminophen 99.74%,sodium benzoate 100.5%,Caffeine 99.33%. A^s_2 method is easier,quicker and more convenient,with less errors and meas- uring spots for the correspondend,as compared with the three-wavelength spectrophotometry.Its sensibility is high and the same as the single wavelength spectrophotometry.
