二花脸与大白猪性周期中抑制素、孕酮、雌二醇水平的比较

Comparison of Concentrations of Inhibin, Progesterone and Estradiol between Erhualian and Large White Gilts in Oestrous Cycle

“二花脸”（ＥＨ）和“大白”（ＬＹ）纯种性成熟母猪各４头，６．５～７．５月龄，在相同条件下饲养管理。颈静脉血管导管采集全发情周期血清样本，于第二个情期手术摘取卵巢，采集卵泡液，ＲＩＡ法测定血清及卵泡液抑制素和卵泡液雌二醇、孕酮浓度。试验结果表明，发情期血清抑制素浓度二花脸猪显著低于大白猪（ＬＹ：５２５．２±１０７．６ｐｇ／ｍｌ；ＥＨ：２８１．４±８８．０ｐｇ／ｍｌ），间情期亦以大白猪浓度较高（ＬＹ：３２１．０±５６．１ｐｇ／ｍｌ；ＥＨ：１６８．７±５０．９ｐｇ／ｍｌ）。两个品种发情期血清抑制素浓度明显高于间情期。卵泡液抑制素浓度：大卵泡（直径＞５ｍｍ）显著高于中卵泡（直径２～５ｍｍ）和小卵泡（直径＜２ｍｍ），二花脸猪大卵泡抑制素水平稍高于大白猪，但差异不明显。卵泡液雌二醇浓度：大卵泡含量明显高于中、小卵泡，二花脸猪大卵泡含量亦显著高于大白猪。卵泡液孕酮浓度与卵泡大小和猪种无明显相关。研究证明：二花脸猪和大白猪血清抑制素水平存在显著品种间差异，卵泡抑制素和雌激素浓度与卵泡大小相关，说明它们可共同参与卵泡发育和成熟的调节，这可能是“太湖”猪多胎的一个原因。

“Erhualian”(EH) and 4 “Large White”(LY)gilts, aged at 6 5-7 5 months, were treated with the same conditions. Cyclic blood samples were collected through indewelling catheters in the jugular vein. Follicular fluid(FF) were drawn with surgical syringe in the second oestrous periods from the ovaries desected in ovariectomy. Concentrations of inhibin(IH),estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4) were measured by RIA. The results showed that the concentrations of IH in the serum(Se) of estrous(ES) and diestrus(DE) phases were lower in EH(281 4±88 0 and 168 7±50 9 pg/ml)than in LY(525 2±107 6 and 321 0±56 1 pg/ml),and they also had significant differences between ES and DE phases. IH level in large FF(>5 mm) was higher than those in middle(2—5 mm) and small FF(<2 mm). E2 level was higher in large FF than in middle and small FF, and also higher in EH than in LY. There was no significant breed difference in P4 between different sizes of follicles and between breeds. It was concluded that:①There had a significant difference in the concentration of IH in serum ②The concentrations of IH and E2 correlated to follicular sizes ③The concentration of IH and E2 could play roles in modulating the development and maturation of follicles, which might contribute to the prolificacy in “Taihu Sows”.
