摘要
通过对反应温度、混酸的比例、投料比及后处理中pH的控制的系统研究,探讨了影响反应收率的主要因素,发现了制备L-对硝基苯丙氨酸的最佳实验条件.放大实验证实了我们的研究结果.该合成方法简便,成本低,收率高(>83%),具有很高的工业应用价值.
The major factors influencing the recovery rate, including the reaction temperature, the ratio of nitric acid and sulfonic acid, Feed Weight Ratio and pH modulation, were systematically studied, and the optimal conditions for the synthesis of L-p-nitro-phenylalanine were established. These results were further validated in a scale-up test. This practical technological process has a promising prospect of industrial application for its convenient operation, low cost and stable high yield (more than 83%).
