摘要
在介绍RTP／RTCP协议的基础上，详细研究了四种常用的流量控制算法：常数乘增长和常数乘减少，常数加增长和常数乘减少．变常数增长和常数减少．变常数增长和变常数减少。
On the base of research on RTP/RTCP, four flow control algorithm are proposed consisting： constant multiplicative increase and constant multiplicative decrease, constant additive increase and constant multiplicative decrease, variable increase and constant decrease, and variable increase and variable decrease.
