通过理论与实践相结合的方法，运用ASP．NET技术对web应用程序进行了开发与研究，确定了系统采用的先进技术及方法。以电子留言板系统的设计思路为例，具体论述了使用ASP．NET技术进行基于B／S模式的系统开发过程，并给出了具体实现方法。

The development and research of web application which is based on the ASP.NET technology determined the advanced technology and methods of the system used, which is carried out by a combinational methods through theory and practical way. In this paper, as the electronic message board system designation an example, the author discusses the procedure that is how to use ASP.NET technologies to develop the system based on B / S model, and shows a specific implementation.
