早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗77例临床疗效分析

目的总结早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析77例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期原发性乳腺癌患者行乳腺癌保乳手术治疗的患者的临床资料,术式均为行原发病灶切除并腋窝淋巴结清扫,术后辅以放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗等综合治疗。结果手术后随访6～36个月,平均随访16个月,无远处转移和死亡病例,局部复发6例,复发率为7.8%,术后6个月对其进行乳房外形效果评定,优良52例,一般17例,差8例,优良率为67.5%。结论对Ⅰ～Ⅱ期原发性乳腺癌乳腺癌保乳手术治疗,术后临床疗效及美容效果均满意。

Objective To sun up the clincal result of breast consering therapy（BCT） for 77 cases with early breast cancer. Methods The date of 77 patients with breast neoplasm took by local excision and axillary lymph node dissection were amalyed respectively. After operation,the radiation therapy,chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy were given to the patients. Results Mter amedian follow up of 14 months（ranged from 6--36 months）, there were no cases of distant metastasis and death, the rate of local relapsing is 7.8%. The superior rate of the breast form of the patients who received BCT 6 months previously was 67.5%. Conclusion The cosmetic results and life quality of breast conserving therapy for stage Ⅰto Ⅱ primary breast cancer are satisfactory.
