摘要 目的本研究拟观察鼠神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)对脑梗死大鼠脑部神经元凋亡与脑梗死体积的影响。方法建立MCAO大鼠模型,腹腔注射NGF,TUNEL染色检测神经元的凋亡,TTC染色检测脑梗死体积。结果脑梗死后,神经元的凋亡比较明显。腹腔注射NCF能显著抑制神经元的凋亡与降低脑梗死体积。结论NGF可以抑制神经细胞的凋亡,其对脑梗死大鼠具有明显的神经保护作用。 Objective This study was designed to investigate the influence of NGF on the apoptosis of neurons and infract volumes in expremiental cerebral infarction. Methods NGF was injected intraperitoneally following permanent MCAO of rats once a day. Apoptosis of neurons was evaluated by staining of TUNEL and infract volumes was detected by TIC staining. Results In rats treated with NGF, the number of the apoptosis of neurons was reduced significantly in comparison with sham group. In addition, NGF also reduced infract volumes. Conclusion NGF inhibits the apoptosis of neurons after stroke and mitigates the severity of brain damage.
