头孢哌酮-舒巴坦与两种配方治疗泌尿系统感染的疗效比较

Clinical evaluation of two formulations of Cefoperazone-Tazobactam(1:1 and 2:1) in the Treatment of the patients with Urinary tract infection

目的比较头孢哌酮/舒巴坦1:1和2:1两种配方治疗泌尿系统感染的临床疗效。方法将56例泌尿系统感染的患者分别分为A组和B组各28例,分别静脉滴注头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(1:1为A组)4g,Bid和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(2:1为B组)3g,Bid,共7～14d。结果A组有效率为89.29%;其中治愈率为53.58%;B组有效率为89.29%;其中治愈率为57.15%;A组不良反应发生率为10.72%;B组不良反应发生率为7.15%;结论头孢哌酮/舒巴坦1:1与2:1两种配方治疗泌尿系统感染疗效相似,临床应用2:1配比的头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗泌尿系统感染既安全有效又经济实用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of two formulations of Cefoperazone-tazobactam （ 1 ： 1 and 2 ： 1 ） in the treatment of the patients with urinary tract infection. Metheds Ninty-two patients with urinary tract infection were enrolled in this study. The patients were average divided into two group （ group A and group B）, The patients in group A were intravenous dripped with Cefoperazone-tazobaetam （ 1 ： 1 ） 4 g, two times one day; The patients in group B were intravenous dripped with Cefoperazone-tazobactam （ 2 ： 1 ） 3g, Bid, a total of 7 -14 days respectively. Results The effective rate and curative rate of two group were 89.29% ,89.29% and 53.58% vs 57.15% , respectively; and the rate of adverse effect was 10. 72% vs 7. 15 %. Conclusion The efficacy of two formulations of Cefoperazone-tazobaetam （ 1 ： 1 and 2 ： 1 ） is similar in the treatment of the patients with urinary tract infection; Cefoperazone-tazobaetam （2：1） is effective,safely and economic in the treatment of the patients with urinary tract infection.
