摘要
目的了解抗菌药物使用情况,为抗生素使用管理提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查,对本院2006～2008年每年第四季度门诊就诊患者处方随机抽查进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物使用基本合理,抗菌药物使用比例稳定,结论需进一步促进合理用药,以确保临床用药的安全、有效、经济、合理。
Objective Understand the situation of utilizing antibacterial medicines of hospital outpatient department and provide the reference for utilizing antibiotics management. Method Adopt reviewing investigation, analyzing stochastic prescription to the patients of each fourth quarter during year 2006-2008. Results All the antibacterial medicines are utilized in a reasonable way basically with a steady proportion. Conclusion Make sure the outpatient medicine utilizing is safe, valid, economical and logical and improve all the medicines are used in a reasonable way.
