子宫腺肌瘤与子宫肌瘤的彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒在子宫腺肌瘤与子宫肌瘤鉴别诊断中价值。方法36例子宫腺肌瘤及130例子宫肌瘤彩色多普勒超声检查。结果子宫腺肌瘤表现为多条血管呈不规则分支状进入病灶内,肌层呈不均匀高增强。子宫肌瘤表现假包膜内血管呈环状高增强,并分支进入瘤体,随后整个瘤体表现为均匀或不均匀高增强,变性坏死区呈无增强。结论彩色多普勒在子宫腺肌瘤与子宫肌瘤鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。
