摘要
目的:观察湿润烧伤膏外敷治疗老年糖尿病(DM)褥疮的临床疗效,并探讨护理对策。方法:对58例老年糖尿病褥疮患者,在系统治疗原发病及并发症的同时,给予MEBO治疗,并加强护理。结果:经过治疗和护理,本组58例79处褥疮全部治愈,治愈率为100%。治愈天数为:Ⅱ期11.4天±3.6天;Ⅲ期39.1天±7.1天;Ⅳ期58.4天±11.9天。结论:在适当的护理配合下,应用MEBO治疗老年DM褥疮疗效显著,对患者无不良反应,是安全、有效、易操作的治疗方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and to review nursing experience of treating bedsore of elderly diabetic patient with MEBO. Method： 58 cases of bedsore of elderly diabetic patient were treated with MEBO, at the same time primary disease （DM） and its complications were treated systemically, while nursing care was intensified. Result： All 58 cases （79 wounds） were healed with cure rate of 100%. The healing time was 11.4 ±3.6 days for Ⅱ degree, 39.1±7. 1 days for Ⅲ degree, and 58.4 ± 11.9 days for Ⅳ degree. Conclusion： Significant clinical effect in treating elderly diabetic bedsore with MEBO under intensified nursing is obtained, It is a safe, effective, simple treatment method without adverse reactions.
