美宝创面速愈贴临床疗效初步观察

Preliminary Observation of Efficacy of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing.

目的:观察美宝创面速愈贴在各种创面治疗中的效果。方法:选择供皮区创面、手术切口、放射性烧伤、溃疡、压疮、烧伤创面患者,共48例,使用美宝创面速愈贴换药,根据不同创面采用不同换药间隔时间,观察止痛效果、换药疼痛程度、止血效果、感染控制、愈合时间等指标。结果:48例创面全部愈合,止痛效果、换药疼痛程度、止血效果、感染控制、愈合时间优于传统换药方法。结论:本疗法痛苦小、止血效果好、感染易控制、愈合时间短,方法简便实用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in treating various trauma wounds. Method ： 48 cases of various wounds including skin donor site wound, surgical incision, radiation burn, ulcers, pressure ulcers et al were collected and applied with MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing. Dressing Change intervals were dependent on wound nature. The indexes observed were the effect of stopping pain, the pain resulted from dressing change, hemostatic effects, infection control and wound healing time etc. Result： 48 cases were completely healed. The effect of MEBO Dressing was superior to that of routine dressing in all indexes observed. Conclusion ： MEBO dressing is a simple and practical method to apply various wounds due to its advantages of relieving pain, effective hemostasis, controlling infection and shortening wound healing time.
