心血管系统疾病造成急死26例的临床病理分析

26 Cases of Clinicopathological Analysis of Sudden Death Caused by Diseases of Cardiovascular System

本文对我室近30年尸体解剖所遇到的心血管系统疾病造成的急死26例进行了分析,结果表明:心血管系统疾病占急死病例的第一位。其中又以冠心病和肪肪心占的比率最大。我们对这部分急死病例的病理特点及病因进行了分析和讨论。

26 cases of sudden death caused by diseases of heart and blood vessels collected in our department in the past 30 years have been analysed and studied in the course of autopsy. It has been found that sudden death caused by diseases of cardiovascular system takes the first place in all cases of the sudden death ,and the highest incidence of them is atherosclerotic corcnary heart disease and fatty heart. The characters of these cases in pathology and etiology have been discussed and analysed.
