微机定尺飞锯测速辊装置的改进

摘要 张钢焊管厂对微机定尺飞锯的测速辊装置进行改进,使其适应了短带的生产要求,实现了钢管高速运动状态下的自动跟踪锯切,钢管的定尺精度由原来的0~20mm提高到0~10mm,定尺合格率由83%提高到96%。 The improvement is done to speed determining roller device of sizing flying saw controlled by computer in the welding pipe plant of Zhandian iron and steel general works.This improvement can be suited to the requirement of strip steel production,and it can achieve automatic tracking shearing under the condition of high speed motion of steel pipe.The sized accuracy of steel pipe is rised from 0-20mm to 0-10mm,the sized qualified ratio of steel pipe is rised from 83% to 96%.
