摘要
平炉燃耗高,炉顶寿命低,但目前还不能完全淘汰,为了解决这些问题,研究设计了炉顶氧油枪。实践证明:采用炉顶氧油枪可使火焰在废钢上的铺展面增大到70%~80%,提高了废钢的加热质量和速度,综合能耗降低了5~7kg标煤/t钢,炉顶烧损速度降低了0.7~0.9mm/炉。
Open hearth with high fuel consuption and short life of furnace roof can not be still eliminated.In order to solve these problems,top oxygenoil lance is designed.The operation results show that up to 70% ̄80% flame contacted surfaces of scrap can be reached using oxygenoil lance,increasing heating quality and rate of scrap.Comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 5 ̄7 kg standard coal/t steel;lgnition loss velocity of the furnace roof is lowered by 0.7 ̄0.9mm/furnace.
