摘要
研究了聚氧乙烯对细粒浮选精煤的脱水助滤性能与机理。结果表明,高分子量的聚氧乙烯具有优良的表面活性和絮凝能力,能显著降低细粒精煤的滤饼比阻及过滤介质阻力,从而提高过滤速率,并使滤饼水分显著降低,其脱水助滤效果显著优于聚丙烯酰胺类助滤剂。
The filtrationaiding properties and mechanism of polyethyleneoxide in dewatering of fine flotation coal are investigated. It is shown that highmolecularweight polyethyleneoxide possesses good surface activity and flocculabitity. It can reduce greatly the specific resistance of filter cake and the resistance of medium, enhancing the filtration rate and reducing the cake moisture. Its filtrationaiding effect is much better than polyacrylamides′.
