摘要
从热力学方面分析了大洋多金属结核矿中各有价金属用碳还原的差异,据此采用选择性还原熔炼法处理大洋多金属结核,通过熔炼分离产出富锰渣和熔炼合金。富锰渣中锰收率达95%,铜、钴、镍、铁在合金中的收率分别为:9831%,9861%,9842%和9622%。
The differences in carbon reducibility of all valuable metals in ocean polymetallic nodules are analysed thermodynamically. Based on the experiment, it is determined to process ocean polymetallic nodules by selective reductionsmelting, obtaining Mnenriched slag and molten alloy by smelting. The Mnenriched slag has a Mn recovery of up to 95%, and recoveries of 9842% Cu, 9861% Co, 984% Ni and 9622% Fe, respectively.
