摘要
采用低温氯化蒸馏和精馏的方法,从高砷锑烟尘制备出高纯度三氯化锑,再用金属醇盐水解法制备高纯超细氧化锑,产品纯度可达999955%,平均粒径为0015μm。超细锑白的晶型为斜方晶体,热稳定性好,比表面积为624m2/g,白度为90。
High purity antimony chloride was prepared from high As and Sb flue dust by low temperature chlorinationdistillation and rectification. The high purity antimony chloride was hydrolized by adding metallic alcoxides, obtaining high purity and ultrafine Sb2O3 powder with a purity of 999955% and a mean diameter of 0015 μm. The ultrafine Sb2O3 powder, with prismatic crystals, has good thermal stability, a specific surface area of 624 m2/g and a whiteness of 90.
