摘要
对贮氢合金的表面活化处理进行了研究。XPS结果表明,未处理的贮氢合金由于成分偏析使表面富集稀土元素,降低了表面的电催化能力。经过表面活化处理,表面层中的稀土含量大大降低,而镍元素得到富集;另一方面,表面形成许多凹陷与裂纹提高了比表面积。表面处理后的富镍层被认为是以多孔性Raney镍或镍金属簇形式存在的。贮氢合金氢化物电极性能表明处理后电极活化周期大大缩短,而且放电电势与放电容量提高。
The active treatment of the surface of hydrogenstorge alloys is studied in the paper. The XPS results prove that rareearths elements are concentrated in the surface layer of untreated hydrogenstorage alloys due to segregation of their components, reducing the electrocatalysis of their surfaces. In the surface layer, the content of rareearths is greatly reduced and nickel is concentrated by surface active treatment. Moreover, concaves and cracks form on the surface, increasing the specific surface area. The Nienriched layer after surface treatment is considered to occur as nickel cluster or Raney nickel.
