摘要 对贮氢合金的表面活化处理进行了研究。XPS结果表明,未处理的贮氢合金由于成分偏析使表面富集稀土元素,降低了表面的电催化能力。经过表面活化处理,表面层中的稀土含量大大降低,而镍元素得到富集;另一方面,表面形成许多凹陷与裂纹提高了比表面积。表面处理后的富镍层被认为是以多孔性Raney镍或镍金属簇形式存在的。贮氢合金氢化物电极性能表明处理后电极活化周期大大缩短,而且放电电势与放电容量提高。 The active treatment of the surface of hydrogenstorge alloys is studied in the paper. The XPS results prove that rareearths elements are concentrated in the surface layer of untreated hydrogenstorage alloys due to segregation of their components, reducing the electrocatalysis of their surfaces. In the surface layer, the content of rareearths is greatly reduced and nickel is concentrated by surface active treatment. Moreover, concaves and cracks form on the surface, increasing the specific surface area. The Nienriched layer after surface treatment is considered to occur as nickel cluster or Raney nickel.
