摘要
利用系统动力学的知识,结合产业结构理论,构建产业结构仿真模型,探究各经济要素之间的联系。从黑龙江省产业结构的实际出发,设计政策仿真方案,对产业结构调整优化进行定量动态分析与模拟,实现政策实验室的功能,提高产业政策制订与实施的科学性,为产业结构优化决策提供支持。
The paper,using system dynamics knowledge,combined with the industrial structure theory,builds an industrial structure simulation model and study the links between economic factors of system. From the reality of the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province, the paper designs simulation policy programs, simulates and analyses the action of industry structure adjustment. It is to support decision-making of industry structure optimization, to achieve the function of Policy Laboratory, and to improve scientific and industrial policy formulation and implementation.
