摘要
科技项目绩效管理是优化科技资源配置和提高科技投入绩效的重要手段和基本保证。对国内外科技项目绩效管理的相关研究进行了全面回顾,总结和评价了国内外科技项目绩效管理研究成果的指导意义与不足之处,提出了科技项目绩效管理的研究展望。
Scientific and technological project performance management is an important tool and fundamental guarantee for optimizing the resources allocation and improving the performance of scientific and technological resources. Domestic and foreign researches on performance management of scientific and technological project are reviewed entirely in this article. It points out the meanings and shortages of the domestic and foreign studies. Finally, the research prospect of scientific and technological project performance management is put forward.
