Economics analysis of synergy efficiency based on enterprise network

在企业网络化的大趋势下,越来越多的企业通过资源协同做大做强,通过挖掘协同效率的本质,着重分析了在企业网络化的市场环境下协同效率的两种形式:互补经济性和共用经济性。在此基础上,提出了企业要实现协同效率的两点建议:明晰协同效率产生的机理,系统思维,催生协同机会及科学掌握实现协同效率的手段。企业实现协同应以辨证的视角看待协同问题,扬长避短,构建协同效率的长效机制。

With the developing trend of enterprises network,more and more enterprises become greatly stronger by resource Cooperation. This paper emphasizes on analyzing two forms of synergy efficiency in the marketplace environment of enterprises network, such as the complementary economy and shares economy, by exploring the nature of synergy efficiency. According to these,this paper puts forward two suggestions for the enterprises to carry out synergy efficiency,such as clarifying the generating mechanism for synergy efficiency and facilitating coordinating opportunity by systematical thought;grasping the ways to carry out synergy efficiency. The enterprises should treat synergy problems with dialectic angle of view,strengthening advantages and avoiding disadvantages to build up long-effective mechanism of synergy efficiency.
