从建立创新人才培养基地地重要意义出发,研究创新人才和创新基地相互促进发展的辩证关系,按照培养创新人才的需要和创新活动过程的规律,建设综合性的大学生创新实践基地,构建创新教育与实践教学体系,进一步深化高等工程教育改革,提出了培养创新人才的具体流程和措施。

From the importance of creating the base of innovative training,this paper researches the dialectical relations of the mutual development between innovation base and innovation talent. According to the need of cultivating creative talents and the regular pattern of innovative activities,a comprehensive university student base for innovation practice was constructed, an educational system of creative education and practice is built up to deepen the reformation of higher engineering education. We put forward the specific processes and measures of fostering innovation and talent.
