摘要
为了提高测量精度,将精密测角中的"全组合测量法"应用到多齿盘的基准面测量中,搭建了测量平台并给出了测量步骤与数据处理方法。通过反复测量与研磨,将活动多齿盘外端面相对于啮合平面的平行度最大偏差由原来的4μm减小到0.29μm左右,大大提高了多齿盘的安装基准面的精度,减小了多齿盘分度精度的损失,为加工1级(ISO1328-1∶1995)齿距精度的超精密齿轮做好铺垫。该测量方法可以推广到任何精密回转零件的端跳测量中,以达到精密测量与误差分离的效果。
In order to improve the measuring precision angle measurement was applied to the accuracy, the whole combination measuring method in datum measurement in end--tooth. The measuring platform was built and the measuring steps and data processing method were given. The maximum deviation of parallelism which is between outer face of end--tooth and their engaging plane reduces from 4μm to 0. 29μm by measuring and grinding repeatedly, which improves the accuracy of mounting datum surface, and pave the way to machine precision gear with pitch deviations up to class 1 (ISO 1328-1 : 1995). This measuring method can also be extended to ending beat of all the precision revolving parts to achieve the effect of precision measurement and error separation.
