车削中心主轴箱热误差仿真及特性分析 被引量:7

摘要 以主轴箱为主要研究对象,研究车削中心的热误差特性。采用有限元法仿真计算了车削中心主轴箱的瞬态温度场分布,分析了主轴箱的传热特点;利用热结构耦合技术仿真计算了主轴箱的瞬态热变形情况,对其热变形特点进行了解释;对车削中心的主要热误差组件相对于刀具位置变化的关系进行了理论分析;通过试验验证了仿真计算与热误差特性分析的准确性。 This paper aims at studying the thermal deformation characteristics of a CNC turning center spindle box and further the change rule of the thermal error components which serves as the strong support for the final control or compensation for the thermal errors. At first, the transient temperature fields and the transient thermal deformation of the turning center spindle box were simulated and the thermal transfer behavior and thermal deformation characteristics of the spindle box were analyzed. Secondly,a computation method of two main thermal errors components and the change rule of radial thermal error with the cutting tool's position were provided. Finally, experiments on spindle box thermal deformation were conducted to evaluate the simulation and analysis results.
