摘要
采集试验场试验时的无级变速器(CVT)的输入转速、输入转矩及速比数据,利用小波多分辨率分析滤除数据中对疲劳损伤影响较小的高频信号。将处理后的CVT输入转速和速比作为驱动电机的目标转速和CVT的目标速比,由电机控制器和CVT控制器分别进行控制。通过对负载电机进行加载以使驱动电机转矩与CVT输入转矩相一致,并采用预测自适应控制算法以消除试验系统惯性力矩的影响。利用灰色关联度和不等式系数法对试验结果进行分析,结果表明试验系统能有效地模拟CVT试验环境中的载荷,是一种有效的CVT耐久性试验平台。
Based on the CVT data of input torque,input speed and ratio were collected in the proving ground, the wavelet multi-resolution was used to filter out the high frequency signals, which had little effect on the fatigue damage of CVT. Then the CVT ratio and input speed were send to the CVT controller and motor controller respectively and then the object data will be tracked. For repeating the input torque of CVT, the load motor will be controlled by torque mode and the predictive-adaptive control was adopted to eliminate the disturbance of the inertia torque of the test system. The grey correlation and TIC(Theil inequality coefficient) value show that the system is a effective test platform for the durability test of CVT.
