摘要 利用硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)对煤矸石粉进行改性。采用红外光谱(FTIR),扫描电子显微分析(SEM)和热重分析技术(TGA)对改性前后煤矸石粉进行了分析。通过对改性前后煤矸石粉/苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)的力学性能来评价KH-550对煤矸石粉的活化效果。实验结果表明,KH-550与煤矸石粉能形成化学键,煤矸石粉的有机成分含量增加。改性后煤矸石粉的粒径变小,煤矸石粉表面活性增加。与未改性煤矸石粉/SBS材料力学性能相比,改性煤矸石粉/SBS材料的力学性能明显提高。改性煤矸石粉/SBS材料与炭黑/SBS材料的力学性能相当,说明改性后煤矸石粉的活化效果明显,可取代炭黑作为橡塑材料的填料。 The coal gangue was modified by silane coupling agents. The modified coal gangue was characterized by IR, SEM and TGA. The activation effect of coal gangue modified by KH-550 was evaluated through testing mechanical properties of composite materials. It was shown that coal gangue and KH-550 could be mombined by chemical bond, and the organic component content and the surface activity of coal gangue was increased. The mechanical property of modified coal gangue/SBS was improved compared with coal gangue/SBS. The mechanical property of modified coal gangue/SBS was equivalent with carbon black/SBS composites. It was shown that the activation effect of modified coal gangue was improved and could be replaced carbon black as low cost filling in rubber plastic materials.
