钠化膨润土的制备及其对含油废水吸附性能的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以碳酸钠为改性剂制备了钠化膨润土,研究了模拟含油废水在改性膨润土上的吸附行为。XRD分析表明,钠离子已进入膨润土层间,改性膨润土层间距由1.527nm减小到1.241nm。吸附实验表明,吸附剂用量2.5g/L,pH值为5.04,吸附时间为60min,油在Na-Bt上的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程。 The suspension method was designed to modify the bentonite for absorbent with Na2CO3. The properties and appropriate conditions of oil from water adsorption process on modified bentonite were studied. The result of X-ray showed that the modified reagent was intercalated into the layers of bentonite and the spacing of bentonite layers decreased from 1.527 nm to 1.241 nm. The results of adsorption process indicated that the relationship between adsorbing capacity and equilibrium mass concentration is in accordanced with the isothermal adsorption equations of Langmuir and Freundlich with adsorbent dosage 2.5g/L, adsorption time 60mins,and pH value 5.04.
