摘要
通过实验,得到铝锆偶联剂和XD-172硅烷类偶联剂最佳改性工艺,研究了不同偶联剂对脱水坡缕石摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,在低温段性能影响较小,但在超过200℃的高温阶段,脱水坡缕石摩擦材料的摩擦系数可提高50%以上,磨损率可降低约70%,两种偶联剂改性效果都显著,但总体上铝锆偶联剂改性效果明显优于XD-172。
The optimal modification process parameters are obtained and the effects of different coupling agents modification on friction and wear performance of friction materials of dehydrated palygorskite are analyzed by experiment test. The results show that performance are not significantly affected at lower temperature, but friction coefficients of friction materials of dehydrated palygorskite can be improved more than 50 percent and wear rate can be decreased about 70 percent at higher temperature over 200℃. This two kinds coupling agents can affect the performance significantly, but friction materials of Al-Zr coupling agent modified palygorskite is better than friction materials of XD-172 modified palygorskite for the performance of material as a whole.
