摘要
延边民营经济在促进延边朝鲜族自治州经济发展等方面发挥了重要作用,但是民营企业中的人力资源管理是制约当前延边州民营经济发展的"瓶颈"。延边州民营企业人力资源总体素质不高,流动性大,特别是高层次的科学技术人员流失严重。随着西部大开发对人力资源的更高要求,延边州民营企业人力资源开发面临着挑战,必须实施人力资源开发战略,正确认识现代人力资源管理的重要作用,进行战略性定位,进一步树立人本管理理念,从制度上建立和完善人力资源管理体系。
Private enterprises are playing an important role in promoting the economic development of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. However, lack of qualified staff, high liquidity ratio, especially a serious loss of hi-tech professionals have become the bottleneck constrains for the human resource management in these enterprises. With further development in the West of China, human resource development in private enterprises in Yanbian is now facing more challenges. It is necessary to correctly understand the importance of human resource management in modern times, and establish a human-oriented concept as well as a perfect manageable system of human resource so as to implement strategies of human resource development.
