穴位埋线结合耳穴压丸对成人超重者体重指数(BMI)的影响

Influence on Body Mass Index of Adult Overweight Suffers Treated with Catgut Implantation at Acupoint Plus Auricular-plaster Therapy with Seeds

目的:观察穴位埋线结合耳穴压丸疗法对成人超重者体重指数(DM I)值的影响。方法:以穴位埋线结合耳穴压丸疗法治疗87例成人超重者,对治疗前、治疗后及半年后随访的BM I值的变化进行比较分析。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后及半年后随访的BM I值均明显下降(P<0.01);与治疗后比较,半年后随访的BM I值及临床疗效均未见明显反弹(P>0.05)。结论:穴位埋线结合耳穴压丸对成人超重者近期、远期均具有肯定疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe influence on BMI of adult overweight suffers treated with catgut implantation at acupoint plus auricular-plaster therapy with seeds. Methods： Eighty-seven cases of adult overweight suffers were accepted the treatment of catgut implantation at acupoint plus auricular-plaster therapy with seeds. The data of BMI at different time were analyzed. Results： The BMI at post-treatment and follow-up visit in half a year were more de- creased than that at prior treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; There was no difference in BMI and therapeutic effect between follow-up visit, in half a year and post-treatment （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion： Catgut implantation at acupoint plus auricular-plaster therapy with seeds has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on adult overweight suffers as well as in the long run and deserves to generalization in clinic.
