摘要
利用高速电子流能够引发丙烯酸酯类物质发生自由基聚合的原理,对涂料印花涤棉织物进行辐射处理。通过考察印花织物的K/S值、手感、力学性能和色牢度,并与传统涂料印花织物进行对比,得到最佳印花工艺条件为:四氢糠基丙烯酸甲酯23.625 g,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物70.875 g,涂料3 g,乙二醇2.5 g,辐射剂量75 kGy。与传统高温焙烘工艺相比,新工艺具有节能降耗,织物手感好,强力损伤低等优点,得色深度和牢度性能相当。
Polyester/cotton fabric pigment printing by surface coating was induced by electron beam curing. By examining K/S value, fabric hand, tensile strength and color fastness, the optimum printing conditions were obtained: tetrahydro furfuryl methacrylate 23. 625 g, urethane acrylate oligomer 70.875 g, pigment 3 g, ethylene glycol 2.5 g, radiation 75 kGy. Compared with the, and the former featured low energy-cost, good handle and low strength loss, Color yield and fastness of the new process was close to those of traditional high-temperature curing process.
