Reactive dyeing without salt and alkali for cotton knits modified by Color Media

摘要 棉针织布用色媒体改性后,采用活性染料在无盐和无碱条件下染色。结果表明,棉针织布色媒体改性的优化工艺为:色媒体2.0%(owf),渗透剂DM-1231 1g/L,60℃浸渍处理30 min。优化染色工艺为:活性染料5%(owf),80℃固色30 min。与传统染整工艺相比,该工艺具有失重率小,手感柔软,工艺时间短,生产成本低,对环境污染小等优点。 Cotton knits were modified by Color Media and then dyed using reactive dyes without salts and alkali. Process factors affecting the modification and the dyeing process were analyzed. The optimized modification conditions were defined as follow: Color Media 2.0 % (owf), penetrating agent DM-12311 g/L, dipping at 60 ℃ for 30 rain. Then the cotton fabrics were dyed with 5% (owf)reactive dyes and fixing at 80℃for 30 min. In contrast with traditional dyeing process, this method could impart cotton knits lower weight loss, softer handle, shortened processing cycle, reduced production cost, as well as less environmental pollution.
