Synthesis and application of low-yellowing amino silicone oil softener

摘要 以线性体α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS-62M)和自制的特殊结构硅烷偶联剂为原料,在碱性条件下进行本体聚合,合成低黄变有机硅柔软剂,再经乳化制得透明的低黄变有机硅微乳液。采用该有机硅柔软剂对棉织物进行整理,结果表明,整理后的棉织物手感柔软、滑爽,白度较高,并具有较好的抗皱性和耐洗性。 Linear low-yellowing amino silicone oil suitable for fabric softener was synthesized by α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsi- Ioxane (WS-62M) and silane coupling agent having special structure (hydrolysis product of a proportion of HD-106, HD-103 and HD-110). The bulk polymerization was carried out under alkaline conditions. The high quality micro emulsion of low-yellowing amino silicone was prepared by emulsifying. Application effects showed that the treated fabric was endowed with soft, smooth hand, high whiteness ,and good wrinkle resistance and durablity to home laundering.
