精练酶A-01在纯棉针织物上的应用

Application of scouring enzyme A-01 to cotton knits

分别采用精练酶A-01和传统碱工艺对纯棉针织物进行前处理,测试了织物处理后的物理性能指标和染色性能,分析对比两种工艺的成本。结果表明,经精练酶A-01工艺处理的织物,失重率减少,手感柔软丰满,得色量提高,完全达到传统碱工艺的水平。精练酶前处理工艺缩短了时间,减少了水、电和蒸汽消耗。

Scouring process of cotton knits was carried out with enzyme A-01 and alkali respectively. Physical performance and dyeing properties of treated fabric were tested. The costs of two processes were analyzed. The results showed that, cotton fabric treated with scouring enzyme A-01 featured less weight loss, soft handle, high color yield, which was similar to the level of the traditional alkali process. Enzyme A-01 scouring process shortened time, reduced consumption of water, electricity and steam.
