摘要
根据弹性流体动力润滑理论,考虑齿轮传动过程中轮齿的润滑状态,对斜齿圆柱齿轮传动进行优化设计.计算结果表明,采用优化方案能有效地改善轮齿的润滑性能,阻缓齿轮失效,延长使用寿命.
In this paper the theory of EHL is used and the lubrication status of gears isconsidering, then the belieal gear transmission is designed with the method ofstructure optimal design.The results show that adopting the optimal scheme canimprove lubrication status effectively, reduce the probability of damage andprolong the life of gears.
