在失业保险中,单纯强调其生活保障功能已经很难应对我国日益严峻的失业问题,必须探寻一种积极的失业保险机制才能应对日益庞大的失业队伍的挑战。因此,需要从失业保险的促进再就业功能入手,发现我国失业保险制度在促进再就业方面存在的问题,寻求通过失业保险的完善促进失业者再就业的有效途径。

The unemployment insurance that simply focuses on the life security has been difficult to cope with China＇ s increasingly serious unemployment problem. We have to find a positive unemployment insurance mechanism to cope with the growing ranks of the unemployed challenge. Consequently, this paper presents the unemployment insurance in promoting re -employment function, points out the problems in China and seeks an effective way to improve re - employment by perfecting unemployment insurance.
