The Research on the Sustainable Development Strategies on the Export Trade in Heilongjiang Province Based on the Internalization of the Environment Cost

绿色壁垒作为有环保资金技术优势国家隐蔽的歧视做法,因其存在合理性和合法性难以规避。环境成本内在化对黑龙江出口贸易具有极其重要的影响,应该在全面战略角度重新审视黑龙江出口贸易实现可持续发展的战略措施。

As a ulterior environmental protection measure of the countries with capital and technology advantage,green trade barrier is hard to evade from, because it appears in rationality and legality. This paper analyzed the effect internalization of environment cost had on the export trade in Heilongjiang Province. Furthermore, it proposed sustainable development strategies on the export trade in Heilongjiang Province based on the internalization of the environment cost,in a positive and long -term prospective.
