摘要 新疆双语教学研究的基础是广泛深入地进行调查,而对南疆重镇——喀什的双语教学调查具有代表性和典型性。调查报告重点介绍了喀什双语教学情况,让我们了解在这样一个少数民族聚居地区如何推进发展双语教学,在开展双语教学中,采取了各项有效措施,提出当前制约双语教学发展的两大因素,并据此提出相应对策。 It forms the basis of bilingual education in Xinjiang to conduct an extensive and thorough investigation and study. It is a typical case to pursue an investigation into bilingual education in such a place of strategic importance as Kashi in South Xinjiang. The findings report gives a brief account of some aspects in the field of investigation for the purpose of providing numerous bilingual researchers with relevant information and makes an explanation of bilingual teaching conditions in Kashi in order to make us understand how to promote bilingual education in such an area inhibited by ethnic minorities and what effective measures adopted to develop bilingual education. The report stresses two chief factors constraining the development of bilingual education at present and from this offers corresponding solutions .
