The improvement of learning rules marks an important link in the chain of conducting new courses. Teachers should adapt to the teaching tactics for new courses; work out the methods for improving the quality of organizing teaching and guiding students＇learning; create a good circumstance for students to learn autonomously; and help them breed a subject consciousness, adjust their learning psychology, rethink their learning tactics and seek the learning methods and ways suitable for them in accordance with thier own characteristics and needs.
