摘要
根据烧结混合料本身的电导随含水量的变化而变化的特性，研制了利用电导与水分之间的关系测定烧结混合料水分的电导仪，该电导仪能直接输出水分值。试验表明，该电导仪可准确反映混合料的水分、电导法可以实现烧结混合料水分的在线连续检测。
The conductivity of sinter mixture is varied with its moisture content. Within certain limits, the electrical conductivity of sinter mixture is increasing with an increase in moisture content. The conductivity meter measures sinter mixture moisture accordding to the relation between electrical conductivity and misture of sinter mixture. It could display the moisture content by meter in accordance with the varied conductivity signal. The experience results indicate that it possess good linear and could accurately reflect the moisure content. The conductivity method could realize on-- line continuous measurement and record the moisture content of sinter mixture.
