摘要
对包钢烧结矿粒度组成进行了研究.试验结果表明,硼泥对提高包钢烧结矿粒度有较明显的效果;氧化活性剂效果更明显,能改善烧结矿矿物组成,促使铁酸钙生成,使烧结矿中40~25mm粒级提高了11.6%,10~6mm粒级降低了21.6%。
The improvement of the sinters size composition is studied in Baotou I&S Co.The test results show that boron mud has obvious effect on improving the sinters size composition, but the oxidation active agent has more obvious effect than boron mud, which can improve the sinters mineralogy, promote the calcium ferrite formed, make the sinters partical size of 40-25mm increased by 11. 65% and make it of 10-6mm decreased by 21. 6%.
