摘要
本文针对现场生产的实际需要,对钒钛磁铁精矿配加富矿粉烧结工艺进行了深入的试验探讨,寻求了不同富矿配比条件下的最佳烧结因素组合,以及其它主要中间操作指标对烧结过程的影响及程度。在攀钢现有的生产条件下,配加富矿不超过16%时,采用优化后的操作参数能取得理想的生产效果。
In order to meet the needs for actual production, the laboratory sintering experiments of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate proporting different rate of rich ore fines were proceeded. With differential rich ore proportioning rate, the optimum combination of each sintering factors and their level were found and the influnce of some operating parameters on sintering process were studied. The result show that, under existing production conditions, the better sintering production indices can be obtaind when the rich ore fines proportioning rate not more than 16% and tile optimized operating parameters were usied.
